Nearing the end of work at the Marriott

The Riverwalk Marriott TownePlace Suites has been a great building to work on this past year.  It's been interesting to watch the progress along the way and we're excited to see it open within the next couple of months.  It'll be a great place for those who will be in town for extended visits to stay and feel a little more like home with the conveniences offered.

A view of the outside

The soffit lighting is on and ready to light up the outside of the Marriott along with the parking and bollard lights.  

Main Entrance 

The main entrance is lit up for employees to greet everyone, ready for vending machines to grab a quick snack and lighting to offer a relaxing place to sit while you wait for visitors or to get a few quick business details in online.

Hallways

4 floors of hallways and exit lights.  We love seeing those long lines of straight and bright lights!  Seth and Nate are working hard today.  All of our guys have done a great job!

Laundry

There isn't much to see yet but the laundry room is getting there.

Employee Areas

Office areas and a Break room 

Pool & Workout Area

You'll be able to get in a quick workout or relax in the pool at the end of a hard days work.

Rooms

Wheelchair accessible switches, Motion sensor in closet for quick lighting, track lighting in the main room, microwaves, ovens, refrigerators, desk space...Keeping it simple and convenient.
